3. Payment Terms:

   • Payment for services must be made as per the agreed schedule.

   • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities:

   • You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback during the project.

   • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unethical activities.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   • GS3 Solution is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

   • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

6. Termination:

   • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.

   • Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
